WHAT EXACTLY IS PAINT PROTECTION FILM?

Paint Protection Film

(PPF) is a thermoplastic urethane film applied to the painted (or chromed) surfaces of a car to protect the paint from stone chips, bug splatters, and minor abrasions.

Paint Protection Film

can also be used on any other vehicle that requires protection from stone chips etc. The racing industry has followed suit by applying the material to race cars.

Paint Protection Film

is OEM approved by virtually all car manufacturers ajnd is routinely installed on various areas of cars at the factory (e.g. the rear arches of Porsches).

Traditionally
Paint Protection Film
has been installed to the very front of cars and can still be done that way but we are moving ahead with the new generation of Paint Protection Films.

Most of our installations now will cover the entire bonnet and wings in addition to the standard pre-cut templated areas of the front bonnet and door mirrors resulting in a virtually undetectable install.
